The brand and name "Pyja Van" are used to designate rental of the Dreamer Camper Five. Manufacturers' brands (including Dreamer) belong to their respective owners.

What data?
- Contact / booking form: name, email, mobile phone, preferred dates, message, and where applicable response to anti-bot check.
- Rental contract: identity, contact details, date of birth, driving licence, copies of documents, claims history, billing data — as detailed in Article 21 of the terms and conditions.
- Cookie preference: choice stored locally in your browser (not on our servers).
Purposes and legal bases
- Reply to your enquiries and manage bookings — pre-contractual measures / contract performance.
- Perform the rental, insurance, claims, fines, accounting — contract and legal obligations.
- Secure the form (reCAPTCHA) and send messages (EmailJS) — legitimate interest / consent as applicable.

Recipients
Data is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to the insurer, broker, assistance service, competent authorities, and necessary technical processors (host, EmailJS, Google reCAPTCHA) solely for the purposes above.
Retention periods
- Contact / booking messages: time needed to process the enquiry, then reasonable archiving (up to 3 years for legitimate follow-up, unless objected to).
- Identity documents and licences: during the rental and one year after, unless a claim or dispute.
- Contractual and accounting data: 10 years.
- Cookie preference: until deleted by you or re-recorded (indicative period: 12 months).
